## Account & platforms

### How do I create an account?

Open [adcue.app](https://adcue.app), sign in with **Auth0**, and continue to [adcue.app/app](https://adcue.app/app). See [Create account](/create-account).

### Which ad platforms does AdCue support today?

**Google Ads** via the product shell and MCP.

Meta, TikTok, Amazon, LinkedIn, and other platforms are **not** available as documented features. There is no Meta connect guide and no Meta tool catalog on this site.

### Can I use AdCue without connecting Google Ads?

You can sign in and explore the shell, but analysis and MCP data tools need a connected Google Ads account.

### Can I connect multiple Google Ads customers?

Yes, when your Google identity has direct access to multiple customers. Pick a **primary** account on [Connections](https://adcue.app/app/connections). Plan limits for concurrent usage may apply — see [Pricing](/knowledge/pricing) (outline).

## Google Ads connection

### How do I connect Google Ads?

Use [adcue.app/app/connections](https://adcue.app/app/connections). Full steps: [Connect Google Ads](/connect/google-ads).

### Why does AdCue not list all MCC child accounts?

`listAccessibleCustomers` returns customers the Google identity can access **directly**. Manager links alone do not auto-expand every linked client.

### Will AdCue change my campaigns without asking?

No. Writes go through tools that require client approval. Creates land **PAUSED**. Destructive removes need `confirm_delete: true`. See [Safety model](/mcp/safety).

## MCP & AI clients

### What is MCP?

**Model Context Protocol** — a standard way for AI clients to call tools. AdCue’s endpoint is `https://mcp.adcue.app/mcp`. Overview: [How MCP works](/mcp/overview).

### Which clients are supported?

First-wave guidance covers **ChatGPT**, **Claude**, and **Cursor**. Other MCP-compatible tools can use the same remote URL. Setup: [Connect an AI client](/connect/mcp-setup).

### Do I need MCP to use AdCue?

No. MCP is the agent / developer path. The website shell at `/app` remains available for connections, setup, billing, and settings.

### How many tools are there?

Use the live [tool catalog](/mcp/tools), which is generated from the V2 registry. Do not rely on third-party or legacy counts from old marketing pages.

### My client cannot see AdCue tools

1. Confirm the server URL is exactly `https://mcp.adcue.app/mcp`
2. Re-authenticate the client
3. Confirm Google Ads is connected on the website
4. Reload MCP servers in the client
5. Email [support@adcue.app](mailto:support@adcue.app) with the client name and error text (no tokens)

## Billing & plans

### How does billing work?

Product billing uses **Creem** (not Stripe). Manage upgrades from [Usage & Billing](https://adcue.app/app) when checkout is enabled for your environment.

### Where do I cancel or update payment?

From the app Usage & Billing surface, open the Creem customer portal when your subscription is active. Full step-by-step screenshots ship after the billing UX freezes.

## Data & security

### Is my advertising data safe?

Credentials are encrypted at rest; traffic uses TLS. Ads OAuth is scoped to Google Ads. Details: [Security](/knowledge/security).

### Can I delete my account?

Yes — Settings danger zone permanently deletes the AdCue user and cascaded product data. See [Security](/knowledge/security#account-deletion).
